Rammeaftalen bliver tildelt den tilbudsgiver, der afgiver det for ordregiver økonomisk mest fordelagtige tilbud med følgende tildelingskriterier:

— Bedste forhold mellem pris og kvalitet med følgende underkriterier:

o Pris 40 %

o Kvalitet og kvalifikation 50 %

o Fleksibilitet 10 %.

Tildelingskriterium (100 %):

Evaluerede point for hvert af underkriterierne ganges med de oplyste vægtninger for underkriterierne og lægges herefter sammen.
